Pre Made Neon Love Ruffle Dresses

These dresses are ready made and ready to be posted out to you!

They fall mid thigh and have cute little ruffles on the shoulders. The elastic on the sleeve allows them to be pushed up for a shorter look or pulled down to almost elbow length. 

The fabric is Okeo-tex certified standard cotton jersey which is super soft and comfortable!
